Order Processing & Dispatch Because our collections feature intricate, handcrafted details like authentic Chikankari and Bandhani, we take our quality control seriously. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for our team to carefully inspect, pack, and dispatch your order from our workspace. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times Once your order is dispatched, standard delivery across India typically takes between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your specific pin code. Deliveries to major metro cities are generally faster, while more remote locations may take slightly longer.
Order Tracking As soon as your package is handed over to our logistics partners, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing a live tracking link. You can use this link to follow your order’s journey directly to your doorstep.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders We are happy to offer Cash on Delivery to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. To ensure smooth logistics, our support team may reach out to you via WhatsApp or a quick phone call to verify your COD order before we officially dispatch it.
Please note: To protect our handcrafted inventory, if a customer repeatedly refuses COD deliveries at the doorstep, we reserve the right to disable the COD payment option for their future orders.
Failed Deliveries & Address Issues Our courier partners will typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, or if the delivery address/contact number provided at checkout is incorrect, the package will be returned to our facility.
If you realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at hello@rachawk.com so we can update the details before the order is dispatched. Once a package has left our workspace, we cannot change the destination address.
Lost or Damaged Packages While we partner with top-tier logistics providers, transit issues can occasionally happen. If your tracking link shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, or if your package arrives physically damaged, please contact us at hello@rachawk.com within 48 hours so we can escalate the issue with the courier and resolve it for you.
