We have a strict 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after the delivery of your item to request a return or size exchange.
Eligibility Because our pieces are specially crafted, we maintain high quality-control standards. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, you can log into your customer account on our website to submit a request, or contact us directly at hello@rachawk.com.
If your return is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your delivery address and provide instructions on how to prepare your package for the courier. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through our official channels will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made garments or heavily personalized orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance/sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges & Sizing If you love the piece but need a different size, the fastest way to get the perfect fit is to request a return for your current item and specify the new size you need in your return note or via email. Once the original item is picked up and verified, we will help process the replacement order.
Refunds We will notify you once your returned item has reached our workspace and passed our quality inspection. We will then let you know if the refund was approved.
Prepaid Orders: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: If you paid via COD, our team will reach out to you to collect your UPI or bank details to process a manual payout.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@rachawk.com.
